Saturday Class Pass


8:00am – 9:00am PST

Join mikefitness for a 60-minute interval/ circuit class focused on hips, core and leg chain.  

Common Questions:

  • Do I already need to be in shape to take class?  No.  There will be folks at all fitness levels, Mike provides various progressions for each movement and encourages you to go at your own pace.
  • Do I need equipment?  You really don’t need much, just a device to login and a yoga mat if you have one (but you don’t need one).  Many people like to do it barefoot but it’s up to you.  Participants will be muted so feel free to blast your favorite playlist. Oh.. and we suggest having water at the read!
