Mike Hardin has been my trainer for more than 3 years.  I can say - without a doubt - that he is the best that any trainer could desire to be. He is up-to-the-minute in his knowledge of fitness and incorporates this into our workouts.  He spends time with his assessments and presents his plan for my fitness training, incorporating my goals and his fitness goals for me with professionalism and humor.  Our workouts are always challenging, new and fun.  I know that I would not be as fit as I am if not for my work with Mike.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a higher level of fitness and training.

I have been a local road bike racer at the intermediate level for the past 7 years.  I have worked with coaches and trainers before and none have them have given me the same attention to detail or customization as Mike.  Most of the time a coach or trainer gives you a plan and you hope for the best while you stick to it; re-evaluating every couple of months.  If you get to mid-season and you need to make a change you basically need to start again next pre-season.  With Mike’s programs you see quick results and improvement.  I have come to him mid-season feeling like I need more power and he has been able to add to my program so that I see improvements in 3 weeks.
